Leaving Re/Max to join New England Prime Properties 10 years ago was a major decision of mine. Re/Max was fine, but Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is a step above, and I believe the best franchise in New England. Since I do about 50% of my business in commercial, I have much greater opportunity for referrals from our entire New England family. And the name Berkshire Hathaway has a lot of credibility in both the Residential and Commercial world. It’s funny, people thought I got smarter when we transitioned from Prudential to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices last year. No change on my part, but the name opened up new avenues. The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agent resource is an outstanding source for information, education and tools even for an experienced agent such as myself. It is true that an old dog can learn new tricks. But franchise is only part of my appreciation for New England Prime Properties. There is so much more. There truly is a family feel here, even though we are the large HQ office. The President/CEO, Nancy L. Quinn and my manager, Allen Quinn, have been fantastic help. With Nancy’s extensive experience and the fact that she is also an appraiser, and with Allen’s management and technological expertise, I know I will get excellent answers to my questions. And a few laughs to boot. They keep the office relaxed. Everyone has a say and is not fearful of expressing their ideas and opinion. Our weekly meetings are proof of that. Here’s to a great past 10 years, and many more as we continue on together. I truly appreciate my New England Prime Properties family.
